Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, contact us at Windelx@yahoo.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw (for example: “I wish to withdraw from my purchase of Nexus AI, order number [X], purchased on [date]”). You may also use the Model Withdrawal Form below.
Upon receiving your withdrawal request, we will refund all payments within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
Please note: by downloading and installing the software, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. This is in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
However, because we offer a 7-day free trial with full access to all features, we encourage you to try the trial before purchasing.

Under EU law, if the software is defective or does not conform to its description, you have the right to have the issue remedied within 2 years of purchase. In Spain, this period is 3 years for products purchased from September 2022 onwards. We will attempt to resolve any issue first. If we cannot, you are entitled to a proportional price reduction or full refund.

Under EU Directive 2019/770, digital content must conform to its description and be fit for purpose. This guarantee applies for 2 years (3 years under Spanish law).
Nexus AI uses the Google Gemini API for AI processing. A free API key from Google is required (no credit card needed). Your use of Google’s API is governed by Google’s terms of service.
All user data is stored exclusively on your local computer. Nexus AI does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. Compliant with EU GDPR and Spanish LOPDGDD.
Permanently enabled and cannot be disabled: file operations require explicit approval, file deletion is always blocked, emails require preview confirmation, website navigation requires user permission.
Nexus AI is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by applicable EU consumer protection law. The developer’s liability is limited to the purchase price. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We collect no data. Nexus AI is a fully local application. All user data — conversations, memories, contacts, files, API keys, email credentials — is stored exclusively on your personal computer. No data is transmitted to our servers because we do not operate any servers.
When you use Nexus AI, the following third-party services receive data directly from your computer as part of their normal operation:

Upon purchase or activation of a free trial, Georgian Vlad (“Licensor”) grants you (“User”) a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use Nexus AI on one (1) personal computer for personal or professional use.
You may NOT:
Nexus AI, including its source code, design, interface, icons, animations, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of Georgian Vlad. All rights not expressly granted in this agreement are reserved.
The 7-day free trial provides full access to all features. At the end of the trial period, the software will require a valid license key to continue operating. No payment information is collected during the trial.
Your license key is bound to the hardware fingerprint of the computer on which it is first activated. If you change computers, contact Windelx@yahoo.com for a free license transfer.
All future updates are included at no additional cost. The software may check for updates on startup. Updates are optional and require your confirmation before installation.
Nexus AI relies on the Google Gemini API for AI functionality. The Licensor does not control, guarantee, or take responsibility for Google’s API availability, pricing changes, or terms of service. A valid Google API key (free tier available) is required for the software to function.
All user data is stored locally on your computer. The software does not transmit personal data to the Licensor. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including EU consumer protection law), Nexus AI is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. The Licensor does not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all hardware or software configurations. This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights under EU Directives 2011/83/EU and 2019/770.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor’s total liability for any claims arising from this agreement shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the software (€5.99). The Licensor is not liable for lost data, missed appointments, unsent emails, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation does not affect your statutory rights.
This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall the software and destroy all copies. You may terminate this license at any time by uninstalling the software.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain, without prejudice to your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence as provided by EU law.
